Dispute Resolution & Legal Fees
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms of Use, including but not limited to alleged violations of this agreement, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in South Dakota or Nebraska, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By continuing as a member, you agree to waive your right to pursue claims in court and consent to binding arbitration.
In the event of any claim, dispute, or legal action brought against you related to your membership or use of the platform, you agree to be solely responsible for all costs, including but not limited to legal fees, administrative fees, and any damages awarded. You also agree to reimburse Inkvesting for any costs incurred in enforcing these terms or defending against such claims, including attorney's fees and arbitration costs.
